Chris Cieslak serves the Sports & Exhibition Authority by providing Owner’s Representative services for the redevelopment of the 28-acre Lower Hill and Civic Arena site. These services included pre-development, pre-demolition, demolition and site clearing services. Chris oversees cultural resources and historic review surveys, environmental surveys, ALTA surveys, inventory and investment recovery, prepares scopes of work and requests for proposal for a variety of technical subconsultants, manages pre-development contracts, prepares budgets and schedules, coordinates with City, County, Urban Redevelopment Authority, Developer, History & Museum Commission, County Health Department. Chris provides Project Controls Management services by supervising administrative assistants, financial control managers and project accountants. She establishes and maintains procedures for these support activities.
Chris oversaw the public participation and controversial historic review process related to the future of Civic Arena.
