Chronicle Consulting currently serves as Owner’s Representative / Construction Manager for new natural turf football playing field, 10,000 sf Field House with adjacent bleachers, storage, officials building and ticket booth. The playing field includes an irrigation system. The field house contains home and visitor locker rooms, showers, coaches’ offices, public restrooms, two concession areas and a mechanical room.
Chronicle Consulting provides construction phase and close-out services for the duration of the project.
Responsibilities included daily jobsite inspection; coordination with school administration; daily maintenance and jobsite security inspections; schedule management, review, analysis, reporting; change order management, parallel estimating, review, negotiation, recommendations; quality review and contract document updating; progress photographs and monthly report preparation; designer/owner coordination-i.e., trcking of RFI’s, submittals, and action items; progress tracking and requisition and schedule of values review; construction coordination meetings/owner update meetings; pre-installation meetings; coordination with PA Department of Labor and Industry, coordination with utilities, meetings with surety, meetings with building inspector and Fire Marshall for occupancy; and punchlist management.
