Chris Cieslak serves the Sports & Exhibition
Authority by providing Owner’s Representative services for the new Consol
Energy Center. These services included
pre-construction, construction, and contract close-out services. Chris establishes integrity and diversity in
the bidding strategy, prepares bid award recommendations, reviews and processes
payment requests, updates cash flow reports, oversees substantial completion
and punchlist process, and ensures that the Penguins follow procedures
established for an orderly prosecution of a project of this magnitude. Chris provides Project Controls Management
services by supervising administrative assistants, financial control managers
and project accountants. She establishes
and maintains procedures for these support activities.
Chris negotiated an increase to the LEED
Certification commitment by the stakeholders from a Basic Certification to Gold.
Chronicle Consulting continues to serve the SEA by
providing annual facilities inspections and capital repair reviews of PNC Park,
Heinz Field, and Mellon Arena as well as Owner’s Representative services for
the new Consol Energy Center. .
